Why Cyber Nomad? Because Data Never Stops Moving — And Neither Do We.

The name Cyber Nomad is intentional — and deeply strategic. I chose it because data is nomadic. It moves across borders, devices, networks, clouds, and physical environments without pause. It does not stay in one place, and neither do the threats pursuing it. Early in my career, I recognized what most organizations refuse to accept: the greatest vulnerability you face is the false belief that data — and the risks attached to it — can be contained within a single perimeter. It cannot. Cyber Nomad was born from this truth. Protecting data means following it wherever it goes — through every physical space and across every logical layer of the digital environment. Physical security and cybersecurity are not separate disciplines. They are two sides of the same mission. A breach does not begin at a keyboard. It can begin at a door, a device, a contractor badge, or a misconfigured cloud environment. I built Cyber Nomad to address all of it — and in 2014, I made that commitment official, incorporating Cyber Nomad LLC in Virginia, in the heart of the DC area, where the intersection of national security, policy, and technology demand nothing less than that standard. My journey did not begin in a conventional office. It began inside the complex, high-stakes environments of national security and risk management — with extensive work alongside the Department of Defense, the FBI, advisory roles at KPMG, and a career that spans crisis response, digital forensics, and executive protection strategies. I have seen firsthand what happens when organizations wait. The threat has already arrived. The only question is whether you are prepared to respond. My mission is unequivocal: to empower businesses, government agencies, and high-value individuals to safeguard their assets by marrying rigorous cybersecurity frameworks with physical security protocols, real estate risk strategies, and crisis communication standards that hold under pressure. In 2023, we expanded to Alaska — and that decision was anything but incidental. Alaska occupies a position of extraordinary strategic importance that most of the continental United States overlooks entirely. It is the gateway to the Arctic corridor, a rapidly contested geopolitical and commercial frontier where nation-state actors, energy interests, and emerging infrastructure are converging at speed. Alaska's maritime operations — spanning fisheries, shipping lanes, port infrastructure, and offshore energy — represent critical supply chain and national security vulnerabilities that are chronically underprotected. The threat surface here is vast, remote, and real. We came to Alaska because the mission demands it. Cyber Nomad is not a vendor.
